What is a corporate account?

If you or your office manager has created a corporate account then you will be allowed to send files via fatfile.com using prepaid transfers in that account. The person who is the corporate account administrator will purchase a number of transfer credits at a great discount that can be used by anyone with access to the account. If your office sends more than 20 files per month you should create a corporate account. Please contact your office manager or approproiate person and ask them to create a corporate account for your office. Corporate transfers cost as little as $1.00. The savings are unbeatable!

What is my corporate account number? How do I find it.

If you think your company already has a corporate account, but you don't know the number, please contact us at corp@fatfile.com and include your company name and domain. Your domain is what follows the @ sign in your email address. You may also try asking your manager, office manager or CFO. One of these people are usually the ones creating and maintaining the account.
